No. Albatross is a social fantasy golf app for private friend groups. No real money is wagered through the app. The commissioner pays a flat fee to create a pool, and members join for free. Any prize arrangements between friends happen privately outside the app — Albatross doesn't process, facilitate, or take a cut of any winnings.
